Getting Started with Services

We're here to make the process smooth and stress free. Parents can follow the steps below to prepare for services, and attorneys can guide their clients through each step to ensure they are fully prepared.

If you’d like to expedite the process of beginning services, you can email us copies of the following: 

CUSTODIAL PARENT ONLY: a current picture of the child(ren) involved
 
CUSTODIAL PARENT AND MONITORED PARENT: a picture of the front and back of your ID/ Driver’s License
 
CUSTODIAL PARENT AND MONITORED PARENT: a picture your vehicle registration and car insurance
 
CUSTODIAL PARENT AND MONITORED PARENT: a  scanned copy of all prior implemented court orders, minute orders, stipulations, and/or conciliation/mediation agreements of all hearings
 
CUSTODIAL PARENT AND MONITORED PARENT: a scanned copy of all certified orders of temporary or permanent court protection, restraining orders, or stay away orders

CUSTODIAL PARENT AND MONITORED PARENT: contact information for your legal representation, the child(ren)’s minor’s counsel, and/or your DCFS caseworker

 *** If you do not have a printer/scanner available to you, please go to your local library, printing facility, Staples, UPS, FedEx, etc. to print out the intake contract. All orders should be scanned with a scanner. Court orders scanned on scanner phone apps are unacceptable.  Email the scanned documents to yourself, make sure all the pages are attached and clear, then forward the email to us from your email address. ***

Providing us with these details will expedite the process of your intake appointment.
